Bouvier Skincare Online orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 5 - 7 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. A signature may be required upon delivery for Second Day and Overnight shipments. Expedited orders that contain products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and maybe shipped the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

 

All shipping is free and items will be shipped within 5-7 business days Monday-Friday

We only ship in the USA for now and will be shipping internationally in a few months international shipping will have a shipping fee.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, with a return label, return instructions, and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided (A fee for shipping and handling will be applied). Only products purchased on bouvierskincare.com may be returned.

How to Return

  • 1. Print It: Print the label from your email.

  • 2. Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

  • 3. Ship It: Take the package to any UPS location or request a package pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
